Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year + Commission

Our client, a growing and dynamic company located in Secaucus, NJ, is seeking multiple Sales Specialists to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, growing industry. This is a fully on-site position based in Secaucus, NJ.

What You'll Do:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers using a variety of methods such as databases, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Appointment Setting & Sales Cycle Management: Actively pursue appointments with prospective clients, overcoming objections and moving prospects through the sales process.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive new business opportunities, ensuring seamless communication with clients and vendors.

  • Sales Presentations & Reporting: Assist the sales team in preparing client presentations and provide monthly status updates to the Sales Director.

  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed sales decisions.

  • Data Research & Analysis: Provide relevant data and analysis to the team and assist in business partner training and development.

  • Creative Input: Offer fresh, innovative ideas to help improve sales strategies and business development efforts.

  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and customers.

  • Maintain superior communication and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-changing environment and help the team reach business objectives.

  • Take on additional tasks as required to support the team and company growth.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

  • 1+ year of business development or sales experience is preferred but not required (internships or previous sales roles are a plus).

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a go-getter attitude.

  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

  • High tolerance for ambiguity and adaptability to change.
