POSITION SUMMARY:

The Software Implementation Analyst I will work closely with management and experienced team members assisting with implementing and delivering our WRG software solutions and other vendors' software solutions and ensuring smooth adoption by the end-users. As part of the Implementations team, the Software Implementation Analyst I will work closely with the Software Implementation Analyst II, project managers, other project team members, and third-party providers.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:

The Software Implementation Analyst I will assist in setting up and implementing WRG software and other vendor software integrations to clients' core credit union systems and third-party vendors. During project implementation, the Software Implementation Analyst I will be assisting the project team and clients through the major project phases.

Assist with project Setup, installation, configuration, and implementation of WRG software and vendor software, including independently gathering client requirements and assisting with QA testing and production Go-Live.

Assist the project team and clients in the technical preparations for new installations and provide basic hands-on training to the client's technical users to ensure successful software installations and configuration changes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with gathering requirements, planning, and testing, as well as with rolling out new builds/versions to clients.

Contribute to training materials and documentation and maintain them up to date.

Participates in discussions with the Implementation Analyst II and Product Manager to define the business, process, functional, and data element requirements necessary to configure the solution. Assists with troubleshooting software and implementation issues and with the workaround and functional implementation guidance.

Provides support to existing clients in identifying and resolving low to medium-production issues.

Effectively communicates project expectations and status to all team members and stakeholders, clients, and implementation team members.

Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings to identify installation issues.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience required.

Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.

BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred.

Proven experience (one (1) - three (3) years) in enterprise software system installations, configuration, implementations, project life cycles, and software implementation methodologies.

Experience in software implementation projects involving integration with 3rd party software.

Should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Internet solutions, specifically the latest IIS 6.0/7.0version and web service-based software solutions.

Experience in the financial industry, specifically Credit Unions, is preferred.

A plus is knowledge of the Symitar or KeyStone Corelation environment and its related technologies.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be proficient in technology applications including the Credit Union's operating system and specialized software required for performance of position.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.

Algebra-level mathematical ability preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position may qualify as Remote or Hybrid with a home base at one of Wescom's offices. The Remote or Hybrid status may be discontinued by Wescom in its sole discretion at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice by Wescom or Employee.
