Position Description:
Assists with planning, coordinating, organizing and executing ATI's online, in-person, and hybrid learning and development programs, initiatives, and services. The Learning Coordinator also provides critical administrative support by bringing a superior level of organization and services to the Learning and Professional Development Team. This position will serve as the registrar of all learning classes and programs.
Essential Functions
Assists with coordinating and administering ATI's learning programs, systems, tools, and initiatives.
- Performs administrative duties associated with Onboarding, Power Hour, learning events and programs (such as scheduling training, booking rooms, gathering materials, tracking attendance, etc.).
- Assists with the planning of live and virtual training events including managing invitations, ordering, and preparing training materials, set-up, tear down, and assisting with a/v needs.
- Serves as the producer for virtual events.
- Oversees employee training enrollments and completions. Assists employees and facilitators in making changes to schedules. Ensures records are updated with attendance and grades (if applicable). Provides records and transcripts upon request.
- Assists the Learning and Professional Development Team with creative, technical, and editorial support in the creation of learning materials.
- Assists with the administration of ATI's LinkedIn Learning account, LMS accounts and courses as well as the DISC program.
- Assists Learning and Professional Development Team in managing and maintaining learning content up to date.
- Maintains and manages the department's Inboxes, events, and calendar.
- Assists with knowledge management efforts including the development of knowledge maps, wiki pages, promotional materials, and quality assurance checks.
- Assists the Director of Learning and Professional Development with improving access to knowledge across the organization.
- Ensures the information on the knowledge maps and pages managed are trusted and accurate.
- Prepares reports using Google Analytics, Survey Monkey, Excel, and Learning Management System reports.
- Provides administrative support to the Learning & Professional Development department, as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 1-2 years related work experience, Associates Degree & 4 years of related experience or High School diploma with 8+ years related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Significant experiencing in coordinating multiple corporate events (training events are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with a keen eye for minute details.
- Must have a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and embodies ATI's core values of integrity, passion, teamwork, excellence, and agility.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge or experience with learning and/or content management systems is a plus.
- Experience working with a Learning Management System is a plus.
- Experience using in Camtasia, Articulate 360, Storyline, and/or Snagit are a plus.
- Experience building Wikipedia pages is a plus.
- This position will need the ability to access US only data systems - US Citizenship is required.

Anticipated salary is in range commensurate with education and experience:
$50,000 - $54,000 |
