Job Summary:

The Regional Vice President-West Division leads a team of Commercial Account Executives to service and increase the account base and revenue in the established geography for the EF Contract Flooring division at Engineered Floors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the structure and design of the field sales activities to grow revenue and advance the brand's position in the field.
  • Lead the Sales Organization and work directly with payer focused efforts to ensure quality of care and efficiency of delivery.
  • Help drive reimbursement decisions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and exceeding required sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Responsible to drive and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales forecasts for the organization.
  • Align territories for optimal coverage and revenue generation.
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans.
  • Hire new sales team members, develop and oversee training and development both for new hires and current sales teams.
  • Motivate, evaluate performance, and lead the team to grow sales.
  • Interact with the VP Sales, Marketing, Design & Development, and Finance domestically to provide input for new sales strategies and collaborative efforts to drive business and achieve sales targets.
  • Create an appropriate environment to ensure staff turnover is acceptable in keeping with goals of appropriate sales force retention.
  • Oversee sales volumes/drive company and brand growth.

  • Accountable for overall sales volumes and margins for appropriate regions.
  • Manage travel and expense accounts of self and direct reports.
  • Spend at least 75% of time providing in field coaching and development for the sales team.

Qualifications:



  • Previous commercial sales leadership experience of three to five years with proven sales growth is preferred. Industry preference is flooring, will also consider interior commercial furnishings (furniture, wall panels, fabrics and other furnishings).
  • Must possess skills and have experience developing sales team members to achieve sales growth in a challenging market.
  • Must reside near a major airport within the region, be able to travel 75% of the time in the sales field, possess a valid drivers license with reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
  • Must possess technology and analytical skills to effectively review and create reporting that is critical for team analysis and development of sales strategies.
  • Spend at least 75% of time weekly providing in field coaching and development for the sales team.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to problem solve, build solid relationships internally and externally.
