As an Engineering Fellow, you're responsible for solutions and strategies that have broad-scale Novanta-wide impact. You are the highest-skilled of engineers. You're known for your knowledge and expertise in your engineering discipline within Novanta and externally. You serve as technical visionaries and leaders. Defining and execute long-term technical strategies.
Leading and driving innovation internally and externally.
Ensuring the highest levels of technical excellence and quality.
Serving as a technical consultant and advisor to the Novanta Leadership Team.
Providing guidance on complex, long-term, technical roadmaps. Set product performance standards, and participate in developing control measures to maintain quality
Regular and effective communication strategies for product development management Education -
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience - Extensive, distinguished engineering career with extensive technical expertise and a track record of impactful contributions.
Knowledge - Recognized as a leading technical expert in the field.
Experience - Exceptional track record of successfully leading and influencing technical initiatives and innovations.
Skill - Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Creates Strategic Agility
