Clerical Assistant (Child Support) Hourly Pay Rate: $15.75 to $23.63 Closing Date: April 03, 2025, or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions received. Job Summary: The position performs varied clerical tasks including maintaining the KIDS database, reports, data entry, processing incoming/outgoing mail, generating letters to case participants, and provide necessary clerical support to ensure compliance with Federal regulations, State laws and mandates. Required Skills and Abilities: Team player with the ability to work harmoniously and effectively with both co-workers and external contacts. Must possess oral and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of computer and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets. Frequent contact with employees across other departments and external entities to gather factual information of a confidential manner. The ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, routine reports, forms and correspondences. The ability to Lift/Carry/Push/Pull up to 05lbs as needed.
