Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting for a Maintenance Work Integration Manager in Richland, WA. Headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Navarro has active programs in place across the nation for DOE/NNSA, NASA, and the Department of Defense. This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA, and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. The Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD). This position integrates all facets of work scope, from scope identification through field execution, to ensure company goals and commitments are identified in the schedules and executed in the field according to Navarro-ATL priorities. Ensures that facility managers, planners, and other support organizations have the latest schedule information and priorities to maximize production. Integrates work scope identification to efficiently utilize resources with other tasks, plant conditions, and outages. Coordinates with other work teams and activities to ensure company resources are utilized to maximum productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities: Under management direction, this position is responsible and accountable for the integration of work activities performed at 222-S by Maintenance, Operations, and Construction in a safe and compliant manner that ensures work is scheduled in a timely manner and schedule slippage is minimized.
