Store Manager

Monitor the operations of the store, ensuring that shelves are stocked, security systems are operational, and ATM machine is functioning. Supervise cash register and lottery machine, and monitor sales activities and transactions. Manage cash register and banking, keeping detailed records using computer software including Word and Excel. Communicate with business executives/owners to keep them apprised of current operational status, and confer with them regarding any issues, suggesting potential resolutions using Outlook e-mail or video calls/FaceTime. Monitor customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and efficiency in a friendly manner. Resolve customer complaints and conflicts. Ensure bathrooms are kept clean and neat. Monitor and order inventory and supplies, tracking delivery and following up on delays. Properly organize products, make notes for the stock-out products and order them, communicate regularly with vendors about new deals and offers, and present the deals and offers to customers. Take customer feedback. Cover cashier duties while cashier is on break or on leave.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in business administration
• 1 year work experience in job offered or other business-related field
• Drug test
• Criminal background check
