Title: Primer Centerfire Charger Trainee - Hourly
Location: East Alton, IL
Salary: $26.98/hour
Schedule: Rotating Weekly 3 Shifts (R/3)

Centerfire Charger Trainee Essential Job Functions:
- Prepares, measures, and mixes primer ingredients.
- Charges approximately 500 to 2000 plates per shift.
- Responsible for putting primer mix into tub and onto table.
- Knead mix into charge plate and transfer cup plates in/out of foiler.
- Safety Sensitive Position.
- Adheres to all safety requirements including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE.
Centerfire Charger Trainee Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Must have flexibility to work weekends and forced overtime.
Location-Specific Requirements:
- This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
- This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
