Full Time (in office, Fraser MI) Monday - Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm Job Overview The primary purpose of this position is to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team is trained and meets company productivity. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Make sure that all the technicians are properly trained
- Provide feedback on employee work performance
- Oversee inventory of all products.
- Supervises processes and ensures smooth operations
- All paperwork is completed properly and to its standard
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions along with making sure that technicians are following all policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Maintaining UKG time for employees.
- Maintain the completion of the Article History Records [AHR].
- BOM (Bill of Material) process.
- Equipment Use / Testing / Quality of Product.
- All other duties as deemed necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life science or related field.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Skill and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good organizational skills.
- Basic Math skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience with lab equipment (scale, glassware, magnetic stirrer).
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Employee must be able to perform all tasks listed.
- Tasks must be completed in an efficient and time-sensitive manner.
- Able to solve problems.
- Able to trouble shoot.
- Able to analyze and interpret data.
- Equipment used: Scale, Computer, Label Printer, Copier, Crimping Robot, Manual Capper, Electronic Capper, Water Distiller, Hand-Held Water Dispenser, SonoCheck Dispensator, Water Robot, Activator Robot, Dosing Mechanism for Beads, Hot plate with Magnetic Stirrer, Ultrasonic cleaner, QuickPouch machine 1 and 2, Clipping Machine, Glue Guns, Ovens, Washers, Racks, Tube Cutter, Heat Gun, Carts, Humidifier/dehumidifier, Precision and Analytical Balances, Heat Sealer, Accellos Scanner.
