Staffmark is seeking a Receiving Lead to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the receiving process, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all inbound shipments, and maintaining inventory organization.

Pay: $22/hr | Shift: First Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Verify and receive all inbound Purchase Orders (POs) and shipments.
  • Manage D365 tasks and ensure all inventory is properly placed in the correct bin.
  • Complete and submit OS&D documentation for inbound shipments.
  • Process NEDC transfers and maintain filing for PO-related documents.
  • Resolve PO-related issues and assist with warehouse activities such as loading, cycle counting, and replenishment.
  • Follow all safety and operational policies.



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience as a Receiving Lead.
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
