Lead capacity planning to align supply chain capacities with business needs, optimizing efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Capacity Planning: Develop and implement robust capacity management strategies to ensure efficient resource utilization and support the achievement of business objectives.

  • Forecasting: Perform detailed analysis and forecasting to anticipate capacity requirements based on sales predictions and business growth initiatives.

  • Build Process: Help build processes to track capacity utilization to a high degree of fidelity and partner with engineering teams to define solutions.

  • Optimization: Find opportunities to improve capacity utilization and efficiency across production facilities and supply chain networks. Implement standard methodologies to improve operational performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure capacity plans are coordinated with overall business strategies and objectives.

  • Apply advanced analytical techniques and tools to evaluate capacity data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of analysts, encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is preferred.

  • Experience: At least 12 years of experience in inventory planning, demand or capacity planning, or supply chain management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-functional environments.

  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and strategic solutions to complex challenges.

  • Communication: Ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $130,731.00-$183,023.40

  • Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification, Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
