Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Account Executive, Service Cloud Enterprise Manufacturing in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Lead the go-to-market strategy, which encompasses all efforts related to how Salesforce's Service Cloud suite of software products is positioned, sold, implemented and used by Caterpillar and within the Caterpillar Dealer network. Lead planning sessions with Salesforce product leadership, engineers, business development executives, and marketing subject matter experts, to build and execute on the Caterpillar Dealer ServiceONE program. Will spearhead all efforts to conduct meetings with Caterpillar; Caterpillar Dealer senior business leadership, senior technical leadership, implementation, adoption, and training leadership to review the existing usage and adoption of the ServiceONE program. Salesforce Product Expansion within Caterpillar and within their Dealer Network. Will work with business units, subsidiaries and other Dealers within Caterpillar's network who are not existing users of Salesforce's Service Cloud software applications. Will coordinate and conduct introductory meetings, discovery workshops, business value assessment workshops, capability maturity assessment workshops, project alignment meetings, Salesforce Innovation Centre (SIC) sessions, technology demonstrations, negotiation and contract execution meetings. Will construct project presentations, product demonstrations, Vision/Value/Roadmap/Measures (VVRM) assets, and contractual quote and proposal documentation based on the activities in the sections described above. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, Social Science, History, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Manufacturing and distribution; (2) managing multi-year projects; (3) SaaS executed contracts; (4) automotive verticals; (5) equipment distribution; (6) request for services; (7) request for proposals; (8) performance metrics; (9) developed hiring strategies; (10) RFS submission. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $157,150.00 - $231,200.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,150 to $231,200. For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,150 to $231,200. For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,150 to $231,200. For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,150 to $231,200. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,150 to $231,200. For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,150 to $231,200. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,150 to $231,200. For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,150 to $231,200.
