Medical Billing - Revenue Cycle - Support Services Supervisor Work Location: In office Pay: $45,000 This position is bonus eligible Work Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Job Summary The Medical Billing - Revenue Cycle - Support Services Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to the Revenue Cycle employees. The supervisor ensures an overall high level of quality, efficiency, and productivity, while affirming all departmental goals are satisfactorily met. Provides a positive work environment and mentors employees by providing purpose, motivation, and direction in-order-to accomplish the department's mission. Essential Functions/Duties
- Oversee office management duties, including but not limited to inventory maintenance, supply ordering and tracking.
- Oversee the building maintenance ensuring a safe, clean, and workable environment, including but not limited to external cleaning crew, landscaping vendors, and liaison with GMR West Plains facility team.
- Responsible for the internal newsletter production.
- Oversee Revenue Cycle event planning, including the Annual Awards Banquet, and any leadership meetings and retreat arrangements.
- Manage processes around incoming/outgoing calls, hotline calls, and employee call-in line.
- Effectively train/lead a small team in office management-related processes.
- Gather, analyze, and handle office management-related problems, recommending corrective actions and procedural changes.
- Audit employees' work product to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, giving presentations as needed.
- Assist the team with daily tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Required Experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and experience of computers and related technology, at a proficient level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1 year office management
- Minimum 1 year of event planning experience
Preferred Education
- High school diploma
- GED
- Or significant, relevant work experience
