SUMMARY

The Director of Technology Programs will be a thought and initiative leader inside Avetta's IT organization. This role will be pivotal in both transforming IT's capabilities and driving impact across product, technology and business functions. This role will help lay the foundation for how manage programs, but will also initiate transformational ideas in AI and Automation to help drive experience, effectiveness, and efficiency throughout the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Program and project management: driving strategic projects from inception to delivery.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT transformation strategies to support the organization's long-term goals.
  • High-Impact Execution: Lead large-scale, complex transformation projects that integrate innovative technologies, streamline processes, and enhance organizational efficiency
  • Process Improvement: Streamline and optimize IT processes through an effective and high-performing Program Management Office to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization by leveraging agile methodologies and mindsets
  • People Development: Provide expert guidance and coaching to project teams and leaders, fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation and excellence
  • Innovation Driver: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies and practices such as agile and design thinking
  • Discipline and Structure Creator: Establish and maintain robust governance structures to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives
  • Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of new systems and technologies, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption
  • Cultural Transformation: Lead initiatives to build a resilient and adaptable IT culture that embraces change, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and C-level and other senior leaders to ensure alignment and support for IT transformation initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT transformations
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.


IDEAL EXPERIENCE:



  • 15 years of experience leading transformational initiatives in technology
  • Technically competent and broadly skilled strategic program and technical thought leadership
  • Experience managing C Suite stakeholders
