SPA's Air Force and Army Programs Portfolio provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, and integrated air and missile defense planning. We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness.

SPA has a near term need for an Integrated Master Scheduler located at Ft Belvoir. #MC



Responsibilities

The Integrated Master Scheduler organizes and coordinates efforts related to design, development, and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) applying the knowledge of enterprise-level scheduling software and the principles of project management to develop large, complex schedules. Additional duties include: 1) Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources and performs program schedule analysis to include Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances, 2) Monitors OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances and utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances, and 3) Acts as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to scheduling and proposes recommendation that will aid Integrated Scheduling.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    BS degree with 10 Years of Integrated Master Scheduler experience
  • DoD Secret clearance with the ability to maintain it throughout employment

  • DoD 5000/Acquisition experience
  • PEO Soldier Experience
