The HR Generalist administers policies relating to all phases of employee relations activity by performing the following duties.
JOB FUNCTIONS * Maintains general understanding of all human resources policies/procedures and responds to employee inquiries about them * Prepares corrective action documents and (as applicable) employee separation notices and related documentation after reviewing circumstances and advising management of potential risks * Identifies legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance * Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations * Some travel may be required |
