*Description* Junior Graphic Designer Position Overview: The client is seeking a highly creative Junior Graphic Designer to join their team. In this role, you will assist the lead designer from concept to execution, working on a variety of projects that align with their brand strategy and business objectives. As a junior-level designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines and exceed expectations. No financial company background experience is required. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creative Design & Execution: - Develop and execute innovative designs for digital and print assets, including branding, marketing materials, websites, social media, and event materials to ensure consistency with the brand's visual identity across all platforms and channels. 2. Concept Development: - Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with project goals and target audiences. - Present design ideas and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices. 4. Project Management: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, seek counsel, and meet deadlines without compromising quality. - Collaborate with project managers, business subject matter experts, marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. 5. Trend Analysis & Innovation: - Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team. - Experiment with new techniques and technologies to push creative boundaries. 6. Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver appropriate visual solutions. - Coordinate with external vendors, printers, or contractors as needed. - Review team projects to maintain high design standards and brand consistency. Role and Responsibilities of the Team Overall: * This team focuses on 80% digital work and 20% print work. * Print work includes pull-up banners and minimal print tasks, not complex multipage projects. * The hiring manager's team within the multifamily group consists of 23 individuals, including technical designers and communication specialists. * The candidate will collaborate with technical designers and communication specialists throughout their role. * Currently, there is no graphic designer on the team (this will be the first one), and support will be provided by the creative studio team. * This team is responsible for continuously updating websites, email communications, and social media. *Skills* photoshop, illustrator, motion graphics, video editing *Top Skills Details* photoshop,illustrator *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred Skills: * Some experience in motion graphics or video editing: They do not have to be super highly skilled when it comes to animation, but he wants them to know how animation works * This team is currently using Canva, so experience with Canva is always beneficial. * Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS knowledge, or interactive media. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
