Our Los Angeles location has an opening for a Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker 1), an entry level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing. The starting pay for this position is $21/hour with two, 50-cent increases over the first year if the employee passes competency assessments. This position is first shift. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $21 hourly.
