Responsible for the Invoicing of commercial customers and coordinate delivery of the invoices, support and follow-up of any case related with the billing process and suppliers invoicing (local invoicing). WFSCOL's imaging process handling. Is in charge of the preparation and gathering of the information necessary for RCA. Tracking and response of any topic related with her duties and provide appropriate support to foreign request Ex: (Costa Rica or headquarters Miami), reviewing suppliers prices to billing customers, update software related with BSA and others programs necessaries. Key Responsibilities: Billingcommercial Costumers Matching in Oracle Imaging process to commercial customers Update and control of the invoices delivered to RCA (Control of the information send to the Outsourcing). Preparation and gathering of the document supports necessaries for exoneration VAT return with suppliers. Tracking and response of any topic related with her duties and provide appropriate support to any request. Essential Criteria Must have three years plus experience in a similar role Must be capable with Microsoft Office Excel and Word Must be able to work autonomously, as well as with team members, in a fast-paced,deadline driven, multi-cultural environment Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills Excellent English level (B2 or higher) Good Excel Knowledge Must have a well develop skill of attention to detail Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills World Kinect is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
