3. Identify potential obstacles and resource bottlenecks, working closely with leadership to develop and implement solutions.
4. Interact with Marketing, QA, R&D, and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and assist in evaluating technical solutions.
5. Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet expectations, managing communication and issues with supervision.
6. Participate in project management activities, supporting the execution of custom/co-development projects and ensuring timely completion.
7. Assist in writing and maintaining documentation according to Promega's Quality System.
8. Demonstrate inclusion through words and actions, ensuring a safe and respectful workspace.
9. Embrace and incorporate Promega's 6 ESI core principles in daily work activities.
10. Understand and comply with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

4. Basic proficiency with computer systems for inventory tracking and project management, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and interact productively with both scientists and customers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2. Experience in Manufacturing, R&D, or QA, with exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and industry standards and practices.
3. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or cGMP, with a willingness to learn and adhere to quality and regulatory standards.
