The Assistant Director of the SC Johnson College of Business MBA& MSBA Career Center will deliver a comprehensive career management model for MSBA students. In addition to this comprehensive career management model, the Assistant Director will assist in the coaching of Masters in Professional Students (MPS) students. Using this model will require collaboration with administration, faculty and students across the Johnson School to ensure the program goals are met. In addition to programming initiatives, the Assistant Director will provide one-one career advisement to MSBA and MPS students within the SC Johnson College of Business community. The Assistant Director will independently work with student organizations to build synergies that deliver nationally recognized 'best in class' professional development programming. Using standards developed by the MBACSEA- a peer group of top graduate business programs across the globe, the Assistant Director will track and record employment outcomes for the SCJCB community and will work personally and collaboratively to ensure post-graduation outcomes are successfully achieved. The Assistant Director will work independently to build and maintain relationships with faculty, recruiters, and alumni to support the career aspirations of MSBA and MPS students in SC Johnson College of Business. In collaboration with the Associate Director & Managing Director, the Assistant Director will monitor program success through the use of survey data and make improvements that support key performance indicators.
