  • Mentor and support junior data engineers, sharing best practices and technical knowledge

  • Continuously research and apply emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in data engineering

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data, analytics, or related field-or equivalent professional experience

  • 3-5 years of experience with SQL database design, SSIS, and SSRS

  • Experience with Python and GitHub (or similar tools)

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills

  • Knowledge of data warehousing, data quality, and business intelligence best practices

  • Comfort navigating change and managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary:$71,000 - $107,000/YR, plus strong bonus potential.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match.

  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.

  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:

    • Health savings accounts (HSA)

    • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
