Responsibilities

As our Teacher, you'll be the captain of the academic ship, steering students toward success with your creativity and enthusiasm! Here's a sneak peek at your exciting responsibilities:

  • Craft Individualized Academic Plans: Collaborate with families and school districts to create personalized learning journeys for each student. Your superpower? Turning academic data into tailored plans that help students shine!

  • Coordinate Coursework: Work hand-in-hand with schools to ensure students receive their coursework on time. You'll be the ultimate academic matchmaker!

  • Inspire through Instruction: Provide engaging virtual instruction and support, making learning fun and accessible. Your classroom will be a place where curiosity thrives!

  • Lead a Team of Tutors: Oversee our math and science tutor, providing guidance and encouragement to ensure students get the best support possible.

  • Track Progress: Keep an eye on student progress and send out weekly updates to parents. Your communication skills will keep everyone in the loop and motivated!

  • Set Goals Together: Help students set weekly goals and create daily and weekly assignment schedules. You'll be their cheerleader every step of the way!

  • Support IEP/504 Meetings: Be an advocate for students by providing support and accommodations during IEP/504 meetings. Your voice matters!

  • Collaborate with the Team: Attend weekly meetings and training sessions, sharing ideas and strategies with your fellow educators and clinical staff. Teamwork makes the dream work!


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience with student instruction required (middle/high school preferred).
