Center for Teaching & Learning Job Description
The University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL ) Center for Teaching and Learning team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Instructional Designer II to join our team. This position is designed for individuals with limited instructional design experience in higher education but who are eager to develop their skills in online course design and faculty support. Ideal candidates may include recent graduates in instructional design, educational technology, or related fields, or former faculty members who have taught online and are interested in transitioning to instructional design. The Instructional Designer II will work closely with experienced instructional designers and faculty to support the creation of high-quality online courses and promote effective teaching strategies. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The University will not sponsor applicants for this position for employment visas. Shift
40 hours/week with opportunity for four 10-hour days as flexible schedule option. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
$44,262.40 - $63,003.20 Application Materials
