Job Description

Manages and coordinates the functions of classroom space use:

  • Develop and maintain course and catalog database system and to establish, maintain, and coordinate class schedules and room allocations.
  • Analyze course offerings to develop strategic outcomes for the University.
  • Oversee the year-round room reservation and scheduling system for all academic spaces, including troubleshooting problems.
  • Oversee the administrative functions of 25Live, including building cabinets, user access, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide data and reports to support institutional planning and decision making.
  • Continuously assess scheduling processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Supervise central and decentralized coding and maintenance of the course schedule.
  • Proactively streamline and document current processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for instructor assignments and faculty workload percentages.
  • Coordinate the final exam schedule and final exam process via 25Live and SIS.
  • Customer service concerning enrollment, registration, scheduling, and final exam issues.

Shift

8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

A Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of related experience (preferably academic and room scheduling in a higher education setting).

Anticipated Hiring Range

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $51,875.20 - $53,000.00 Annual
Grade: GGS-10
