HealthPartners is hiring a Integrity and Compliance Analyst. Integrity and Compliance Analysts support the development, maintenance, and promotion of HealthPartners' Integrity and Compliance program. Analysts may directly support one or more of the three Integrity and Compliance Program Services Groups: Oversight and Evaluation, Standards and Education, and Investigation and Resolution. Analysts identify and support opportunities for improvement and innovation, execute work independently and identify and involve others when needed, build and maintain partnerships, and understand what we do and communicate about it. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Support development, maintenance, and promotion of HealthPartners' Integrity and Compliance program [Get it done well and help others do the same] Identify barriers/gaps (e.g. not receiving information needed to support program activity) and appropriately escalate Keep careful documentation of program activities Complete tasks necessary to implement program activities Leverage technology to support assigned program activities Support and execute compliance program activities Gather, organize and provide relevant information to business partners and department colleagues to support compliance program activities Assess process integrity and quality control for department Maintain time sensitive processes and follow-up, and meet and support organizational deadlines Maintain and support communication activities for the program Identify and support opportunities for improvement and innovation [Make it better for the future] Maintain and improve systems and processes to support program and departmental activities Understand, use, and translate data Analyze department and program information/data to identify trends and risks Identify and consult with other team members on challenges or barriers encountered Identify and share improvement, innovation, and automation opportunities Participate in process improvement initiatives Execute work independently and identify and involve others when needed [Work at the right level] Know when to leverage subject matter experts and when to conduct independent research Work independently yet seek leadership guidance and direction when appropriate Execute on direction provided by department leader(s) Understand when to escalate matters Build and maintain partnerships [Be a good partner] Effectively collaborate with colleagues in other program services groups Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners Communicate effectively [Understand what we do and communicate about it] Develop an understanding of the seven elements of an effective compliance program Maintain knowledge of compliance-related topics Develop working understanding of organizational structure Communicate effectively with employees across the organization REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree; or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of experience working in a healthcare or other highly regulated environment; or other relevant specialized experience, training or education Proficiency with standard office computing applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook or equivalent Ability to convert complex subject matter to accessible information for all colleagues Ability to become a trusted partner Ability to self-motivate, take initiative and engage in critical thinking Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities Task-oriented, with excellent follow through; patience and persistence. Excellent writing and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing conditions, and meet deadlines Ability to work across departments with a collaborative, responsive, respectful approach PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree Relevant specialized training, certification or experience |
