Description
Holt CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the United States. We have a full-time, 1st shift Lube Maintenance Coordinator position available at our Irving, Texas location which is located at 2000 East Airport Freeway, Irving, TX 75062. The hours of the position are Monday- Friday - 7 AM - 5 PM. Job Description : This position is responsible for scheduling and prioritizing all maintenance work for both internal and external customers performed in the field service areas of responsibility for equipment maintenance service; providing quotes for jobs; maintaining customer communications; assisting in reporting field service safety violations and practices and compliance with company operating policies; open, review and close work orders in a timely and accurate manner; maintain daily labor entries for employees in section and all paperwork associated. This position has major responsibilities to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction.
