We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Experience and Design Facilitator to join our Marketing Team. This unique role combines event planning and coordination, and facilities design expertise to craft tailored experiences for our customers and prospects. In this role, you will meticulously plan and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly and achieve their intended goals. Key responsibilities of this role will include traveling with the Innovation & Brand Solutions Director on trips and assisting with trip planning and scheduling. You will also partner with Branch Managers and the Director of Facilities in facility design, specifically as it relates to choosing paint colors, giving input on flooring choices, ordering furniture and fixtures, and working with furniture vendors on design of a space.Whether you are coordinating a corporate gathering or designing an office space that fosters collaboration, you will be integral in creating solutions that align with our brand and client's needs. *This is a part-time, 20 hours per week, 5 days a week position and hours may vary depending on event and trip needs. *Aspects of this role can be performed remotely within our Upper Valley VT/ NH area, with the ability to travel as needed. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a combination of creativity, flexibility, and strong organizational skills, along with the ability to work under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent and three years of customer service experience are required. The Experience and Design Facilitator must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel and be away from home for several days at a time. Strong customer service skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and proven creativity are essential. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment and possess the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in computer applications, including Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint, is necessary. All Mascoma Bank employees must maintain confidentiality and privacy.
