Reliability Engineer

Science Systems and Applications, Inc. (SSAI) is seeking Reliability Engineer candidates for a potential opportunity to support NASA at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), a federally funded research and development center located in California. Work may be performed at JPL or customer locations, or remotely, depending on contractual and operational requirements.

This role will perform or review reliability analyses; assess performance with respect to requirements; develop criterion for reliability related tests and evaluations, review test reports; support system and design teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering or physics with coursework in design and analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience in performing circuit analyses, including piece-part and interface Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Worst-Case Analysis (WCA), Electronic Parts Stress Analysis (EPSA), Single-Event Effects Analysis (SEEA), modeling and use of computer aided engineering tools
