What To Expect

Located in ourDenveroffice, you will be a Sr. Financial Analyst in the FP&A group.



  • As a Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst, you will be a key player in shaping and driving the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reviews for the organization. This will drive informed decision-making and support business growth in a collaborative and empowering environment.
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including senior global functional leaders, to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations that facilitate strategic decision-making and ensure financial goals are met while contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • This role requires a blend of financial expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen. You'll drive consistent process and standardization around financial reporting, metrics, and analysis across the organization.
  • You will be responsible for the preparation and analysisof monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports with variance analysis to the prior year, budget, and forecast; throughout all key financial statements.
  • Act as a bridge between Corporate Finance and Regional Finance Leaders to report and forecast the impact of key projects & performance as they relate to annual budgets and the long-term strategic plan.
  • This position provides analytical support to business units and finance operations teams by structuring analytical problems, extracting and analyzing data, and presenting findings.
  • You'll serve as a key resource to provide financial information for critical teams such as Investor Relations, Global Strategy, and Global Product Line Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, analyze and consolidate business reports & presentations for Senior Mgmt. including Monthly Actuals & Forecast Packages, Quarterly Requirements, Earnings Call Material support, Quarterly Board Meeting Presentations, and act as a key liaison for the Investor Relations team.
  • Act as a key resource in the FP&A team to respond to ad-hoc requests from executive leadership team and global functional groups.
  • Maintain key financial models, helping to analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Consolidate global variance analysis reports & explanations and provide to senior management, to support company-wide financial and operational goals.
  • Develop key reports to track performance and communicate financial results effectively.
  • Generate and distribute key daily financial reporting, keeping a pulse on global business performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of key IT software upgrades including Business Intelligence transformation and Global Financial Consolidation projects.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to functional leaders (i.e. IT, HR, R&D) on financial matters, providing guidance and support, ensuring alignment to financial plans & assisting with operational activities.
  • Lead actual/forecast cost center reporting, for functional groups, partnering with business leaders to generate operational plans ensuring achievement of financial targets, related to SG&A expense and Capital Expenditures
  • Perform detailed variance analysis, while helping to translate financial results to business leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, including budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting; Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

  • Results-oriented, able to meet deadlines under high-pressure timelines.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn various software applications; including but not limited to Oracle Hyperion and PowerBI.

Pay & Benefits

  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
  • Bonus Eligible
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
