Duties and Responsibilities	Under the supervision of the co-directors of the Center for Criminal Justice, conducts simple to complex research projects using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the implementation and impact of criminal justice programs and policies; develop data visualization and dashboards for projects; perform various aspects of project management (e.g., scheduling, IRB proposal development, progress reports). This is a grant-funded position.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience	Bachelor's Degree. 1-2 Years of professional experience conducting research.
Qualifications	Masters degree in social science discipline. At least 3 years of full-time professional experience conducting research and working with criminal justice agencies. Sophisticated skills using computer software, particularly statistical analyses and programming software. Experience and ability to effectively communicate with broad audiences (students, practitioners, policy makers).
Certificates/Credentials/Licenses
Computer Skills	Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point). Microsoft Power-BI to create data dashboards Statistical software and programming (SPSS, R, SQL).
