Role and Responsibilities:

At CW, we're looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to lead and oversee Federal, State, and Private contracts across the U.S. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have a passion for driving growth, workforce development, and ensuring customer satisfaction, then we want to hear from you!



  • Lead with Purpose:

    • Uphold CW's mission and values, demonstrating professionalism in all tasks while serving as the main point of contact for government customers, NISH (Source America), and suppliers to ensure contracts are successfully executed and customer satisfaction is achieved.



  • Drive Growth & Innovation:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in your region while supporting national initiatives to grow the organization.

    • You'll actively contribute to workforce development and employment opportunities aligned with our mission.



  • Strategic Planning & Management:

    • Oversee quality management systems and ensure resources, systems, and financials are integrated into our business plan.

    • Monitor and manage departmental budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and maximize net proceeds.



  • Ensuring Compliance & Safety:

    • Lead the way in ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, including OSHA, OFCCP, and EEOC.

    • You'll be actively involved in monitoring performance, conducting inspections, and ensuring all team members are well-trained in safety practices.



  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Supervise staff to ensure alignment with company policies, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a welcoming environment for continuous improvement.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Preferred).

  • 3-5 years of management experience, particularly in contract management, operations, and workforce development within Federal and State contract environments, particularly in government or defense sectors.

  • Strong understanding of Federal, State, and Local regulations, including OSHA, OFCCP, and EEOC.

  • Ability to negotiate and build strong internal and external relationships.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (Required)

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Physical Demands:



  • Ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time.

  • Regular use of a computer and other office equipment, which may require prolonged periods of typing or data entry.

  • Occasional lifting or carrying of office supplies, documents, or files up to 20 lbs.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and over the phone or email.

  • Ability to focus on tasks for extended periods, requiring good attention to detail.

  • Reasonable accommodations can be provided.


Environmental Demands:



  • Work involves working in a variety of environments, including office settings, government buildings, and field locations; including both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on project needs.

  • Moderate noise levels from phones, and office equipment.

  • The position may require sitting for long periods at a desk.

  • Daily use of computers, printers, scanners, and phones to complete tasks efficiently.
