Overview This position will function as a point of contact for inquiring and enrolled students interested in a UTI, MMI, or NASCAR Technical Institute programs. This position will serve as an internal call center representative to take manage inbound student call and outbound campaigns. The contact center representative will facilitate answering general questions, schedule student appointment or transfer to a functional Financial Aid team member. The ideal candidate is intrinsically motivated to help or assist people improve their current situation, proactive and driven to exceed goals, internally competitive, empathetic to others, while being conversational and drawn to personal engagement.
