The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members in our Product Management team. We are looking for a Business Analyst II to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing the product roadmap by engaging with stakeholders across the organization. As a primary liaison between product owners, managers, technology and end-users, you will ensure alignment and clear communication to drive successful product outcomes. You will develop deep expertise in the products you support and their integration with the broader platform. What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, and user communities) to define, prioritize, and execute product goals across market segments.
- Capture and document product needs, ensuring they are reflected throughout the development lifecycle.
- Create product documentation including workflows, use cases and future roadmap framing to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Support digital adoption to streamline user onboarding and ensure new users have the resources to engage with the products effectively.
- Analyze user analytics to identify opportunities for product improvement based on usage patterns and customer behavior.
- Engage with the Sales, Client Services and Marketing teams to develop and provide effective marketing assets.
- Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure product objectives are met and stakeholder needs are incorporated into the process.
- Participate in product testing to ensure successful product releases and identify potential issues early, facilitating both alpha and beta product testing. Collect feedback from early users to validate product functionality and how it meets user experience expectations.
- Develop expertise in supported products, platforms and integrations to ensure a cohesive product strategy.
- Be fluent in current use and value of the Platforms by market they serve.
- Gain knowledge and across the services and operational processes provided to investment managers across market segments
- Use your curiosity to ask questions to understand and document complex business flows by learning what SEI does, the value it brings to its client, learning the systems our teams use
- Have an eagerness and an aptitude to learn new technologies, new business processes and always seeking to understand what's what in the world of financial services
What we need from you:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience.
- 5+ years' experience with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines
- Financial Services experience, preferably FinTech experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
- Experience with Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
- Experience with software development management/tracking tools (i.e. Jira, Microsoft TFS, Rally, etc.).

- Familiarity with User Experience (UX) and Customer-Centric Product Design principles to design user-friendly products.
- Experience working closely with technology, marketing, operations, and sales teams to align product strategies and objectives.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project-based environment within a lean team.
- Capacity to work within complex systems and large data sets.
