Additional Locations Job Description Summary Job Description The Senior Manager, Patient Services, Insights and Reporting will manage and maintain Connected Care/HUB relations as well as conduct routine and ad hoc data analysis. Subject Matters expert on Patient Services platforms, business strategy, gathering insights and reporting within the Customer Experience (Patients Services & Reimbursement, Customer Reimbursement Strategies and Specialty Pharmacy) Teams. This role will serve as the key liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring that tools and systems meet the needs of our patient reimbursement process and supporting teams. Additionally, they will assist with analyzing and/or developing Power BI reporting, requirement gathering for field-facing tools, functional testing, and training. As a Senior Manager, we expect other projects outside of this specific description within Customer Experience to be completed at the direction of the Vice President or Senior Directors. Essential Functions System Management & Business Tool Enablement:
Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of business tools such as Salesforce and Power BI, ensuring reliability, usability, and scalability. Manage configurations and integrations of business tools with other systems to ensure accurate and efficient data flow. Lead business requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to ensure tools meet business needs. Work with the data aggregator to understand data collection and all downstream data reporting dependencies Oversee Master Data Management (MDM) processes to ensure high-quality and consistent data. Maintain up-to-date PHI training and related materials.
Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor data for trends and work with corresponding stakeholders for insights including the HUB, Field Reimbursement Teams, and Specialty Pharmacies Design, analyze and manage reports and dashboards in Power BI, providing actionable insights to all key stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to create custom reports based on specific business needs.
Requirement Gathering & Functional Testing:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide strategic input for business tools. Assist in designing and executing functional testing to validate system changes and enhancements.
Training & Support:
Provide training and support to the PS&R team to ensure the effective use of Connected Care and associated business tools. Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and resources to facilitate ongoing user adoption and proficiency. Conduct routine patient services and reimbursement analytics that take insights into action
Collaboration
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to align system capabilities with business objectives. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to address system improvements and user feedback. Works to support all members of the Customer Experience Executive Team
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or IT MBA or Master's degree preferred 5+ years' experience in related position in Pharmaceutical (Patient Service and Reimbursement) 3+ years of direct experience with Salesforce and reporting tools Knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI In-depth knowledge of Patient Services and Specialty Pharmacy reporting, and Life Sciences Project/VendorManagement experience Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment Demonstrated strong emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity and ability to lead without authority Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Strict attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask while working well under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings and events
Organizational Relationship/Scope: This role will serve as the key liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring that tools and systems meet the needs of our PS&R/HUB Teams. The position will also have visibility with key leaders with the Commercial organization.
This position is eligible for remote work, with travel requirements of up to 25%, depending on the candidate's location. Pay Transparency: The expected base pay range for this position is $155k - $180k. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable program. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion.
