*Description*
The Managed Print/Pull Print Engineer is responsible for administering, optimizing, and supporting managed print services and pull print solutions within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with IT and business units to ensure efficient, secure, and cost-effective printing solutions. *Key Responsibilities:* * Configuration and Management: Configure and manage pull print solutions, print servers, and network printers to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. * Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for print-related issues, ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime. * Security and Compliance: Ensure print solutions adhere to security policies and regulatory requirements, implementing appropriate data protection measures. * Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including as-built documents and run books, for managed print environments. *Qualifications:* * Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managed print services and pull print technologies. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of print server management, network printing protocols, and print management software (e.g., LRS, HP Advance). * Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. *Skills:* * Managed Print * MECM * Active Directory *Preferred Skills:* * Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations. * Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance standards. * Experience with scripting software solutions. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
