We are currently seeking a talented Offline Retail Designer to join our team and help elevate our presence in major retail stores such as Best Buy, Target, Home Depot, and Costco. Position Overview: The Offline Retail Designer will be responsible for creating and updating graphic elements for our retail spaces, focusing on seasonal campaigns and system updates. This role is crucial as our retail team revamps various touchpoints, fixtures, and systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in channel marketing and retail design, specifically within the constraints of retailer environments (not brand-owned stores). Key Responsibilities: Develop and update graphic elements for retail spaces in major stores (e.g., Best Buy, Target, Home Depot, Costco). Collaborate with the retail team to revamp touchpoints, fixtures, and systems. Focus on graphic design rather than fixture design, while contributing to brainstorming sessions for future fixture concepts. Ensure designs align with retailer limitations and requirements. Utilize tools such as Illustrator and InDesign for main design tasks, with Figma used for presentation purposes. Partner with the content team and print production team to ensure seamless execution of designs. Interface with channel marketing, sales, and project managers to deliver cohesive and effective retail designs. Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred Skills: Experience in creating designs for consumer electronics within major retail environments. Ability to suggest and conceptualize video content for retail displays, though production will be handled by a separate team. experience with a strong point of view and the ability to work independently. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
