*PAY:* $22/hour *HOURS:* Monday to Friday M-F 7:30-5 pm *JOB DESCRIPTION: *The Home Loan Processing Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Processing Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. The Home Loan Processing Specialist will: Perform routine data entry and validation tasks Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) Review and validate loan documents Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses Monitor work queues and intervening as needed Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Down the line they will help you get Income certified. To become a Loan Processor with PennyMac *REQUIREMENTS:* Must Have Loan Processing Experience within First Mortgage. They can have as little as 6 months to 1 year of Loan Processing experience to qualify. Condition Review experience. Professional Communication. #WestPriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
