Meet the Team
Join the Cisco Americas Regional Delivery team. We are a fast pace urgent driven team to help resolve internal and external cases to get deals across the line to a "Book Status". We are a team that concentrates on simplifying E2E booking experience through AI. Deep dive on cases to understand why it was even opened. Fix tools and systems to allow partners to self-serve. Work closely with Regional Process Managers, Finance, IT, CX Services and Product BU on process improvements, through fishbone analysis and workstreams to remove roadblocks. We work Month-end and Quarter-Ends weekends to ensure all sales commits are achieved. Critical to ensure the hygiene of cases is clean and invoicing occurs to achieve revenue targets. We work hard, but we support each other to the fullest. Your ImpactCritical that we ensure case aging is kept low by working directly with our Vendors who support us, around the world.
