Department Summary The University of North Texas at Dallas is committed to providing student-athletes an exceptional collegiate athletic experience. In accordance with NAIA and the Sooner Athletic Conference values and expectations, UNTD administration, coaches and staff will lead by example through the mission and vision of the athletic department. Position Overview The Athletics Manager is responsible for the daily activities of UNT Dallas Athletics, the general manager handles all of the team's contracts, players and coaches. He or she sometimes serves as the team's spokesperson for media briefings, community events, and philanthropic outreach. The Manager is also in charge of the team's finances and marketing. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Athletic Administration; and 3 years of experience in athletic administration, sports management, or a related field.
