Staffmark is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Scott, LA, who specializes in staffing offshore platforms with operators. If you have strong clerical and administrative experience, this is an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic team.

Pay: $18-$20/hr...

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Assist the Accounts Payable (A/P) Department with administrative tasks.
  • Support the team with filing, copying, organizing, and other clerical duties.
  • Handle administrative work efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Previous clerical and administrative office experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
