Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in sourcing and securing top-tier talent, ensuring we meet the evolving staffing needs of our organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: From initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer extension and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring leaders: Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source and evaluate candidates: Review resumes, conduct behavioral-based interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Guide candidates through the process: Provide clear communication and manage expectations throughout the recruitment journey.
• Facilitate the hiring process: Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure efficient pre-employment processes.
• Maintain accurate records: Document all recruitment activities and candidate interactions within our applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners: Develop onboarding plans and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Build strong relationships: Foster positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
• Stay current with industry trends: Maintain knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition.
