We are seeking a
Senior Analyst of Financial Reporting and Consolidation . This individual will assist in ensuring timely and accurate US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) financial reporting and related disclosures. This individual will help develop and set company standards and processes related to financial reporting. S/he will also help to establish, modify, document, and implement reporting processes and control procedures for the company.
The candidate should be self-motivated with an interest in developing financial reporting skills, and who is passionate about delivering quality results and driving continual improvement in a dynamic and faced paced business environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and possess meticulous attention to detail. The position requires a hands-on individual who is flexible, hard-working, and able to work well under pressure and deadlines. This person should be able to work both independently as well as collaboratively as part of a strategic team. This individual should be comfortable working across the department as well as with the external auditors. A high level of collaboration and coordination will be critical to the success of this individual. Duties And Responsibilities:

USD 79,400.00 - 119,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
