Position Title: Production Operator - 12 Hour Shifts Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 12 Hours - Rotating Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule) Training Schedule: - 1st Week = Germantown - 7:45am - 4:15pm (Monday - Friday) - 2nd Week = Richfield - 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday) - 3rd Week and After = Richfield - Assigned 12-hour shift (Monday - Thursday), Until Switch to 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference! We are looking for a Production Operator to work in our Richfield, WI manufacturing facility that produces plastic components for the Healthcare Industry! The Production Operator is responsible to ensure the automation cell continues running by answering alarms, loading springs or plastic components, and verifies inventory is available and pulled. With this opportunity you will be able to interact with cutting edge automation equipment. Production Operator Responsibilities: - Load materials into hoppers and manage inventory using RF scanners - Conduct visual inspections of incoming parts - Monitor automation cell performance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with team members Requirements for Production Operator: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Previous manufacturing and RF scanner experience a plus - Experience with automation machines/equipment is a plus - Mechanical aptitude - Able to multi-task - Detail-oriented to be able to accurately verify part numbers - Able to use powered pallet jacks - Willing and able to stand and move throughout the shift - Able to lift up to 50lbs - Able to reach, bend, crouch and twist throughout shift - Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE as required per ISO standards - Good computer and math skills browndeer@qpsemployment.com IND102 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
