Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business or Technical) or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers' missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.

Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with the customer, project team, and internal management, the DPMO will be a vital part of our team. We'll count on you to conduct meetings with operations personnel to drive schedule commitments and complete job requirements, in order to gather the information relative to the status of our manufacturing projects, and to coordinate shop order lifecycle. You will track shop orders to ensure positive status to the customer while also making sure financials are on target. You will also interface with internal stakeholders to coordinate projects, answer questions, resolve issues, expedite deliveries, schedule shipments, communicate customer requirements, monitor/control project cost, schedule, quality assurance
and risks, ensuring successful on time deliveries. The DPMO will also advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed. What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business or Technical) or the equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree
  • Proficiency with Government contracts and Earned Value Management
  • Solid experience in project or task management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Aility to grasp and communicate data, technical and nontechnical, quickly
  • Superb leadership and presentation skills
  • Ability to stay calm in a high-pressure environment

Target salary range: USD $75,567.00/Yr. - USD $81,766.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
