Title: Fleet Coordinator Duration: 6+ Months Shift: Mon-Fri, 1^st shift Mode: Onsite Location: Lansing, MI 48933 Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2 Job Description: Maintain a department-wide system for vehicle inventory control. Research, collect, and analyze data to recommend the most cost-effective distribution of vehicles without negatively impacting departmental programs. Analyze ongoing operations and identify required modifications to policies and procedures regarding the use and maintenance of the department's vehicles. Implement changes and provide instructions to DTMB staff. Update and reevaluate distribution as program priorities change. Collaborate with Vehicle and Travel Services to obtain information and to discuss new policies or changes to procedures which impact DTMB. Assist with Wireless Device Coordinator duties: Order iPhones/Wireless Devices from the Telecommunication Portal. Automated Asset Recovery Program (AARP) old devices that are turned in. Assist with Accounts Payable duties for backup coverage: Open and scan/distribute US Mail. Research Vendor Statements against SIGMA to determine outstanding invoices.
