WHAT-TO- EXPECT-DAY-TO -DAY:



  • Assist in drafting and editing internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
  • Support the development and execution of communication campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights to the team.
  • Help manage corporate social media accounts and track engagement metrics.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Perform administrative duties related to the communications team, such as updating media lists and organizing content libraries.


WHAT YOU NEED:



  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Experience with design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and problem-solving.
