A DAY IN THE LIFE Assists in organizing, uploading, and maintaining training content within the company's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate tracking and accessibility of courses and certifications. Collaborates with subject matter experts and team members to support the coordination, documentation, and improvement of training programs, including live workshops, e-learning, and virtual learning experiences. Supports the development and execution of internal marketing and communication strategies to promote learning opportunities across the organization. Helps maintain and enhance the department's SharePoint site and Learning Hub, ensuring resources are clearly organized, up to date, and user-friendly. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Pursuing a bachelor's degree in the field of: HR Management; Instructional Design, Marketing, Communications, or related area. A background in design, creation, and implementation of training and development, media materials, and process management initiatives is preferred. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Interest in learning about instructional design, adult learning principles, and corporate training best practices. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SharePoint or Microsoft Teams is a plus. $18.00 - $22.50 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
