A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Assists in organizing, uploading, and maintaining training content within the company's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate tracking and accessibility of courses and certifications.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and team members to support the coordination, documentation, and improvement of training programs, including live workshops, e-learning, and virtual learning experiences.
  • Supports the development and execution of internal marketing and communication strategies to promote learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Helps maintain and enhance the department's SharePoint site and Learning Hub, ensuring resources are clearly organized, up to date, and user-friendly.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in the field of: HR Management; Instructional Design, Marketing, Communications, or related area.
  • A background in design, creation, and implementation of training and development, media materials, and process management initiatives is preferred.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

  • Interest in learning about instructional design, adult learning principles, and corporate training best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SharePoint or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
$18.00 - $22.50 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
