T-Rex Solutions is seeking to hire a qualified Test Specialist to support our DISA JITC TEC II program. This effort is to support DISA's mission to conduct DODIN operations for the joint warfighter to enable lethality across all warfighting domains in defense of our Nation. DISA provides, operates, and assures command and control and information-sharing capabilities and a globally accessible enterprise information infrastructure in direct support to joint warfighters, national level leaders, and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of military operations.

The Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) program is a new effort to provide technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services. TEC Services are provided to DoD Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies, federal and state agencies, coalition partners, and commercial entities to aid in the design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced IT/National Security System capabilities.

Responsibilities:



  • Participate as active members (i.e., leads and/or key contributors, etc.) of internal and external scheduled and ad hoc briefings, meetings, teleconferences, and video teleconferences.
  • Provide inputs to Government led TEFT briefings that may include presentations to DISE team meetings, Enterprise Storm Planning Conferences, T&E Strategies, or Working Groups that may require TEFT participation.
  • Develop, update, and implement a data collection strategy to gather data required to characterize DISE functionality, attributes, features, stakeholder/participant objectives, success criteria, and identified capability gaps.
  • Synchronize the data collection strategy with DISE capabilities requirements documented within the DEF.
  • Plan DISE T&E and data collection by reviewing, analyzing, and synthesizing DISE or program requirements IAW the DEF data collection strategy and applicable or agreed upon assessments working group demonstration planning and reporting mechanisms.
  • Conduct T&E execution, to include data collection and documentation activities of operationally focused DISE events.
  • Ensure that required data is collected according to approved T&E strategies and plans, including the effective implementation of manual and automated data collection processes, and the performance of activities required to manage collected data.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree required OR Associate's degree and at least 4 years of experience OR 8+ years of professional experience
  • This position requires an Active or Interim Top Secret SCI security clearance on hire date or the ability to obtain one
  • Security+ Certification Required
  • Test and Evaluation (T&E) experience. Proficient with integration, interoperability, and functional testing.
  • Capable of providing a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team on assigned tasks, expectations, and schedule.
  • Sharp attention to detail. Organized; time management skills to forecast and stay ahead of deliverables/reporting requirements.
  • Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, prioritize multiple tasks, and be adaptable to change to accomplish assignments.
  • Excellent Customer Focus/Satisfaction skills.
  • Proficiency using MS Office 365 suite.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $68,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
